this was a replacement product. satisfied with the prompt and courteous customer service here. would order from the company again in the future. the cord unplugs at the center sometimes, but overall it's much better. thanks

I thought this was a great price and liked its small size but it only worked for one week and just crapped out on me. Now when I plug it in nothing happens. It simply doesn't work. No power. Now I have to buy another one. Extremely frustrating. Just buy a more expensive one and save yourself the trouble.

Got a great deal on a laptop, missing the adapter. I saw that a few people had bad luck with this one, so I ordered two. At this price, I can afford a bad one. Both units work perfectly. I have a spare.

I actually bought this for a friend of a friend. At first I told him he might be better off buying a new laptop or trying to find a power supply with the same wattage/amperage as the one that went out as I thought a replacement might cost upwards of $75 to $80 dollars and this was a very old laptop but I googled the laptop model charger and found these cheap ones on Amazon. OMG...how cheap can you get???? Under $3.00, I couldn't beleive it. I thought I might be getting just the cord part that wpi;d plug into the charger "brick" itself but got the WHOLE thing...:)It cost more to ship, $7.00, that the cost of the charger. I know it worked but don't know how long it will work but for the price I felt it was worth the try. Since it at least worked when I first got it, it was actually better than I expected. I really didn't think it would even work. I will update this if I ever hear that it stopped working prematurely.
